Sebastian de Cebellos - Head Chef at Hygge

Meet Sebastian de Ceballos – a talented chef who studied culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu in Mexico. After graduating, he gained extensive experience working in prestigious hotels across the Caribbean, Mexico, and North America, where he held the position of Executive Chef.

In 2022, Sebastian moved to New Zealand and became the Head Chef at Hygge at Clifton Bay, where he shares his passion for soulful cuisine made with fresh, local ingredients.
